Elephants
in
the Fog.
In a Nepalese village bordering an elephant forest, Pirati leads a family of transgender women. Torn between a forbidden love with the Drum Master and her duties, she is tested when the youngest disappears during an elephant watch.

Bringing The Elephants Out of The Fog
Bringing Elephants in the Fog is about the things we see but choose not to see, and the things that slowly disappear when society refuses to acknowledge them and it comes from the idea of pulling the elephant out of the fog and it looks at identity, judgment, stereotypes, and the parts of ourselves or others that remain overlooked. The elephant becomes a metaphor for anything that exists right in front of us but is still misunderstood. In a way, we all have our own elephants in the fog.
